BELLEVUE, Wash., February 6, 2015 — Evergreen Home Loans has named Don Zender regional manager. He will oversee branch operations at offices in Bellevue, Washington and continue to serve as its branch manager. He will also serve as acting regional manager for branches in Federal Way, Northgate, the soon-to-open Marysville, Washington office and new offices that will open in the region.

Zender has been with Evergreen Home Loans for 22 years and before joining he served as a CPA for 10 years. Over the years he has closed more than $2 billion in home loans.
